GARAGESTUD Warranty Summary: The gym floor tiles or reversible sports mat are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in the material and workmanship for a period of 10 Years from the date the gym floor tiles were purchased. The word “defect” is defined as imperfections that impair the use of the foam gym floor tiles or reversible sports mat product. Defects of foam gym floor tiles resulting from misuse, abuse or negligence will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover defects due to alteration or accident. This warranty does not cover damage caused to the foam gym floor tiles by vandalism or “acts of nature” or any other event beyond the control of the manufacturer. ORDER CANCELLATION. You can cancel an order on the sport gym floor tiles within 30 minutes of placing your order without a cancellation fee. Any order gym floor tiles cancelled after the 30 minute period is subject to a 10% cancellation fee times the value the items cancelled. No order is cancellable on rubber gym floor tiles product after it enters shipping process. Back orders can be cancelled without penalty unless they have shipped.
ESTIMATE SHIPPING TIME FRAMES. We use business days as defined as not a weekend or holiday for shipping days. We ship gym floor tiles by UPS ground and FedEx ground. The average time frame is 5-7 business days. We will notify if there is a back order on sport gym floor tiles by e-mail.
SAFE DELIVERY. We guarantee that any purchases of gym floor tiles made at Norsk-Stor will arrive in good condition, please open and inspect merchandise immediately. All gym floor tiles are priced and shipped carrying full insurance.
RETURN POLICY. Requests must be made on gym floor tiles within 7 days of receipt of product. All defective returns cushion floor tiles are for an exchange only and include shipping back to you but do not include shipping of items to us. For non defective gym floor tiles/returns must be factory sealed, unopened and returned freight prepaid to our warehouse. We will not issue a return authorization for opened foam gym floor tiles for non defective products.
