How long does it take to ship G.G. Ultra Seal? It takes 5-7 business days or sooner. If shop load is high, turn around time on G.G. Ultra Sealer can stretch to 7-10 business days. Back ordered item are 3-4 weeks. If you need your concrete sealer sooner, email us and we will quote you a shipping cost.
What do I do if my beer concrete G.G. Ultra Sealer delivery arrives damaged? Almost all shipment damage happens due to accidental mishandling of the your concrete sealer solution by the freight company. Before signing the shipping papers, check the condition of the shipping cartons. If you notice any damage to the concrete sealer package, mark the shipping papers accordingly before signing. If the patio sealer is indeed damaged, this will help expedite the replacement process. If the driveway sealer product is damaged, call or email garagestud and we'll help you get a replacement quickly. Most often we'll ask you to email us a digital photo of the damage. Once we have your photo, replacement is usually quick and easy.
What do I do if I ordered the wrong G.G. Sealer? Call or email garagestud along with your order number. We'll ask you to return the item back to us at your cost. If the ulta sealer concrete package arrives back in re-sellable condition, we'll issue a credit to your credit card accordingly.
What do I do if I need to exchange my G.G. Ultra Sealer order? Call or email garagestud along with your sidewalk sealer order number. We'll ship you new concrete sealer right away and ask you to return the other item back to us at your cost. If the beer concrete sealer arrives back in re-sellable condition, we'll issue a credit to your credit card accordingly.
